Meet Our Team

We are a small group of highly experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts, Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts, Licensed Social Workers and Clinical Professionals with over 100 years of collective service in the disability world. What does this mean for you? It means we have the knowledge and practical, hands-on expertise to effectively guide you through our services in such a way that not only will you experience the benefits of these efforts, but your loved ones and those you care for will thrive when you consistently engage in their lives.

Jennifer

Chief Executive Officer

Jennifer started her career working in Kansas with children with disabilities in 1994.  As a paraprofessional and eventual certified teacher, she found her passion lied with navigating complex disabilities specifically autism spectrum disorders.  Jennifer moved to Wisconsin in 1999 and served as the Program Directors for Autism Behavioral Network and Wiebusch and Nicholson Center for Autism. Following the pandemic, Jennifer saw the need for more intensive parent guidance and support which led to the formation of Forward Integrated Services!  As a Licensed and Board Certified Behavior Analyst, Jennifer is passionate about blending art and science for best practice through a trauma-informed lens.

Jennifer is married to Kevin, her husband of 25 years, and has three adolescent children who keep her busy and moving in several different directions! She is also the Special Needs Ministry Director at her church and enjoys hiking, walking her dogs, reading and traveling!

Stacy

Chief Operating Officer

Stacy graduated from University of WI - Oshkosh and has spent 10+ years working with the disability community.  Helping others live their best life is her ultimate goal!  With co-owning the business, she’s transitioned to not working directly with participants and their families.  While she isn’t able to directly support families, she enjoys facilitating everything to allow services to run smoothly and efficiently!  The less complications, the easier life is!  

Outside of the day to day, she enjoys exploring the outdoors with her favorite pup, baking tasty breads and treats and spending time with family.

Diane

Licensed Social Worker

Diane is a Certified Social Worker and Licensed Professional Counselor.  She worked for 30 years with the Department of Human Services and was a supervisor for 13 years.  She has worked with all ages, as she supervised The Birth to Three Program, The Children Long-Term-Support Program and also worked in the adult waiver system.  She has been a therapist and worked with adults with AODA issues and worked as a counselor at Rogers Hospital in the OCD and eating disorder unit.  She has always enjoyed working with families and children who are neurodivergent and she enjoys being part of a team that supports a family and empowers them to learn about their child and improve their family system.

In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her two grown children and fiance and going to see live bands, festivals, car shows and riding their Harley Electra Glide.

Jenny

Training and Support Director

With over 20 years of experience working with individuals with diverse abilities, Jenny has dedicated her career to helping others thrive. After earning an undergraduate degree from Marian College in 2004, she pursued additional coursework in special education and in 2022 pursued Board Certification as an Assistant Behavior Analyst. Driven by a deep passion for supporting others, she finds great fulfillment in helping individuals develop essential skills and seeing families experience meaningful growth.  Her current mission is focused on expanding access to behavioral support and caregiver guidance for families in need, working together to define and achieve impactful goals. She is proud to be part of such a strong and dedicated team.

Outside of work, she enjoy spending time with her husband, family, and dogs, playing guitar, and enjoying a good cup of coffee.

Alissa

Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Alissa is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with a Master’s degree from Ball State University and over 25 years of experience working with children with behavioral needs and their families. She has provided support in home, clinic, school, and community settings, helping children reach their full potential while empowering families to feel confident in their ability to support their child’s growth. Alissa is passionate about understanding the motivation behind people’s actions, developing effective interventions, and fostering positive change for neurodiverse learners. She is dedicated to building collaborative, supportive relationships that help children and their families focus on their strengths and achieve their goals, leading to the quality of life they are striving for.   

In her free time, Alissa enjoys spending time with family and friends, watching her daughter compete in volleyball and softball, and supporting her son’s love of theater.

Chelsea

Social Skills Coordinator

Chelsea is a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst. She received her Bachelor's degree from University of WI - Oshkosh in Psychology and continued her education at Florida Institute of Technology to become a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst. She has worked in the field of ABA since 2012, particularly in home settings and providing school support to clients ranging in age from 2-21 years old. Chelsea has a passion for developing reinforcement systems to help motivate clients and generalizing these systems across multiple settings. Chelsea enjoys collaborating between parents and schools to help promote independence for her clients. 

In her spare time, Chelsea enjoys spending time with her 4 month old daughter, husband, and black lab. Chelsea also enjoys reading and spending time outside in the spring weather!
